The Admin Reviews Management page allows administrators to view, moderate, and manage all reviews for courses and teachers on the platform.

Review management ensures quality and authenticity of course and teacher reviews by monitoring and moderating all feedback.
How to Access
- Log in as an administrator
- Navigate to Learning in the sidebar
- Click on Admin Reviews
Prerequisites
- Administrator role required
Review List
Shows all reviews with:
- Review content and rating
- Course or teacher reviewed
- Reviewer name
- Date submitted
- Status (approved/pending/rejected)
Moderation Actions
- Approve - Accept valid reviews
- Reject - Remove inappropriate content
- Flag - Mark for further investigation
