Overview
Trips section shows all trips made by fleet vehicles. Track routes, distances, durations, and costs.
How to Access
- Click on Fleet Management in the left sidebar menu
- Click on Trips
How to View All Trips
- Click on Trips
- You will see a list of all trips
- Each shows: Vehicle, Driver, Start/End, Distance, Status
How to Filter Trips
- Click on Trips
- Click the Filter button
- Choose filters:
- Date Range: Today, This week, This month, Custom
- Vehicle: Specific vehicle
- Driver: Specific driver
- Status: Completed, In progress, Cancelled
- Click Apply
How to View Trip Details
- Click on Trips
- Find the trip
- Click on the trip row
- Details show:
- Route on map
- Start and end locations
- Distance traveled
- Duration
- Fuel consumed
- Cost
