Overview
Form Wizard 1 is a step-by-step form interface that breaks complex forms into manageable sections. Users complete one step at a time.
How to Access
- Click on Forms in the left sidebar menu
- Click on Form Wizard 1
How to Navigate the Wizard
- Step Indicators: Shows your current position (Step 1, Step 2, etc.)
- Next Button: Click to proceed to the next step
- Previous Button: Click to go back
- Step Click: Click on a step indicator to jump to that step (if already visited)
How to Fill Out Each Step
- Complete all required fields in the current step
- Required fields have a red asterisk (*)
- Click Next when ready
- If fields are missing, you will see error messages
How to Go Back to Previous Step
- Click the Previous button
- Your data is saved and restored
- Make any changes needed
- Click Next again
How to Review Before Submitting
- Complete all steps until you reach the final step
- The final step usually shows a review of all entered data
- Check all information is correct
- Click Edit on any section to make changes
- When satisfied, click Submit or Complete
How to Save Progress Mid-Wizard
Some wizards allow saving progress:
- Look for a Save Progress button
- Click it to save your entries
- You can return later to continue

- Step 3: Preferences (settings, interests)
- Step 4: Review and Submit
