The Music Payouts page allows administrators to manage and process payments to music artists for their content on the platform.
Overview
Artists earn revenue from their music through streams, sales, and subscriptions. Administrators can review, approve, and process artist payouts.
How to Access
- Log in as an administrator
- Navigate to Music Admin in the sidebar
- Click on Manage Payouts
Prerequisites
- Administrator role required
Payout List
Shows pending and processed payouts:
- Artist name and email
- Earnings amount
- Period covered
- Payment status
- Payment method
Processing Payouts
Review Payout Request
Click on a payout to see detailed breakdown:
- Streams count
- Revenue per stream
- Platform commission
- Net earnings
Approve Payout
Review and approve payouts for processing.
Reject Payout
Reject with reason if discrepancies are found.
Process Payment
Execute payment to the artist's account.
