My Disputes shows trade disputes that involve you. Open a dispute if you have issues with a trade.
How to Access
- Click on P2P Exchange in the left sidebar menu
- Click on My Disputes
How to Open a Dispute
- Go to My Trades
- Find the trade
- Click Open Dispute
- Explain the issue
- Submit dispute
Dispute Status
- Open: Under review
- Resolved: Decision made
- Closed: Dispute closed
