How to Access
- Log in as an administrator
- Navigate to Video Streaming in the sidebar
- Click on Subscribers
Prerequisites
- Administrator role required
Subscriber List
Shows all subscribers with:
- User name and email
- Subscription plan
- Start date
- Next billing date
- Status (active/cancelled/expired)
Managing Subscribers
View Details
Click on a subscriber to see their full subscription history and payment records.
Cancel Subscription
Manually cancel a subscription if requested or due to policy violations.
Refund
Process refunds for cancelled subscriptions.
