Riders are the delivery personnel who transport orders from restaurants to customers. Administrators can manage rider accounts, status, and assignments.

Rider management includes creating rider accounts, assigning orders, monitoring performance, and handling rider payouts.
How to Access
- Log in as an administrator
- Navigate to Delivery in the sidebar
- Click on Riders
Prerequisites
- Administrator role required
Rider List
Shows all riders with:
- Rider name and photo
- Phone number
- Status (online, offline, busy)
- Current location
- Total deliveries
- Rating
Rider Management
Add Rider
Click Add Rider and enter:
- Personal information
- Contact details
- Vehicle type
- Documents (license, ID)
Assign Order
Manually assign an order to a rider:
- Select the order
- Choose available rider
- Confirm assignment
View Performance
View rider metrics:
- Total deliveries completed
- Average delivery time
- Customer ratings
- Earnings
Suspend Rider
Temporarily disable a rider account for violations.
